We took a room with a seaview - balcony was quite big, view is lovely (Some of the town, sea, mountains). They also added some candles on the table in the balcony (very romantic). Room was set up nicely. Hotel staff was very good (english speakers / if not they tried their best). Good coffee. Hotel has a terrase on the roof with fantastic view. Also a small gym. NOTE: Free parking is available behind the hotel, however you will have to walk ~5min up to get back to the hotel. Number of places limited (full parkings). It took us ~30min to find place.
Styling is outdated. Hotel would benefit from renovation (though everything is working). The style would best be described by 70s. If you take room with the sea view, you will no doubt also will take a room facing kinder garden. Be aware after 8am! Anyhow, very good value. We enjoyed our stay.

Whilst the hotel did everything we asked of it, it seems to be trapped in the 1950s and it seems most of the customers and staff have been there since then. I am sure San Remo or Merton would have been a better place to choose to stay
The dated fell of the hotel and the location. I should have chosen more carefully

Rooms were excellent, Reception was friendly, Location good (short walk to the beach promenade).
Breakfast was non-existent. Went a bit late on day one, not much left and assumed it was because we were a bit late. Went on day two (earlier) and there was still nothing. We were asked to share a single bowl between four, and what was on display would not have fed a sparrow. Staff apathy and rudeness spoiled an otherwise nice hotel. Parking was also difficult!
